Security and Privacy Rules

Members are requested not to provide any false information. They are not allowed to transfer their account to anyone without our prior consent.We will collect personal information and this information will not be shared without prior consent of the user member himself.

Users can update their own account information at any time in an accurate way.

Members’ privacy is very important, the content manager will be responsible of assuring that. He has to control how users’ members (teachers and students) information is shared through their privacy and application settings. When the setting is public that means that he allows everyone to access and use the information.

To keep the site safe, members should help to  its safety through the following commitments:

• No member is allowed to post unauthorized illegal or commercial content.
• No member has the right to access an account belonging to someone else without his prior consent. That is why we advise not to share accounts. Consequently, It is not allowed to share personal data outside the website.
• No member has the right to upload viruses or other malicious tools.
• Any member shall not bully, intimidate or harass any user or post hate content or threatening or unethical content or violence or graphics.
• No member will use our site to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.
• No member has the right to violate the rule and laws of the site provider or post content that violates someone else’s rights.
• The content manager has the right to remove any content or information posted if he believes that it violates the aforementioned and no new account would be permitted without the president’s approval.

Enforcement Violations of these policies may result in removal of content, notification of department heads, and possible disciplinary action. Repeated violations may lead to revocation of website publishing privileges.

Amendments This policy may be amended as necessary to reflect changes in technology, legal standards, or university priorities. All amendments must be approved by the President’s Office and communicated to all affected parties.
